Older waitress with long straight hair was SO RUDE. We waited 10 minutes at our booth for a waiter to come over and no one did. We went to the bar to ask for drinks and got yelled at. Then the waitress came over and took our food order. We then waited 20 minutes for our food and finally asked her where it was. She EXTREMELY rudely told us she never put our order in and walked away. She wouldn't even let us talk to her and ask her why she didn't put the food order in. I never write reviews but this place and the workers (specifically this older waitress with long hair) made this THE WORST experience. We went in there thinking it would be a great place for a drink and it was awful. The workers are extremely rude. We could not believe this specific lady treated us this way at all. We were truly baffled. DO NOT GO HERE! Went there for St.Patricks day hoping for a good time. Was anything but!

Very casual neighborhood bar in Center City. There's nothing glamorous or fancy about this place at all. The environment is extremely laid back/non-judemental. You may find the stats to be ripped and broken and spots on the tables to be permanently dirty... The service is really nice and the food is good however there's really only one or two vegetarian options, they have a small but good selection of beer. It's easy to have a good time if you're going for something casual.

A no-frills hole-in-the-wall bar. The cheese steaks were fantastic and affordable, and drinks were also very affordable. The lighting is very pleasant and gives the space a very homey vibe. I will definitely be back!

I love me some Oscar's. Fair warning, this is not a fancy bar with the most up-to-date facilities or menus, but it is a classic dive bar. If you go in knowing that, you're going to enjoy it. All of the staff there are super friendly, and there can often be "poor service" because sometimes there is only one waitress and bartender for the entire place, but they treat each individual with kindness. Just be patient. Their food is pretty good, too. I almost always go with their chicken tenders. Also very good deal on cheap beer. Great local haunt!

Food is pretty good, drinks OK, but the $13 long island was not as strong as it used to be. Bring cash, your card is useless here.. Cash Only!!! If you're bougie .....you will Not want to sit in these chairs. Most of them have slits.
